To ensure harmonization and coexistence with the natural environments in the construction projects, we provide consulting services ranging from surveys of flora and fauna as well as ecosystems to the prediction of impacts, proposal and design of conservation measures.
The projects where road and river development alters the topography may have potential impacts on natural environment.
Therefore, we conduct field surveys in the project-affected areas to determine species that inhabit and grow as well as their distribution by visual inspection and collecting samples. In some cases, other methods like transmitters or diving are used to trace the movement of valuable species with the purpose of studying conservation measures.
We predict the existence, extent and severity of impacts of construction projects on flora and fauna and ecosystems, afterwards study the mitigation and compensation measures.
Mitigation and compensation measures are studied in cooperation with related people while considering the type and importance of the subject species. They will include the transplantation of plants and preservation of animal habitats.

In order to conserve the living environment of local residents affected by the construction projects, we provide comprehensive consulting services including surveys of air, noise, vibration, and sunlight; prediction and evaluation; study and design of measures.
In construction projects, there are concerns about changes in air quality, adverse effects of noise and vibration in the vicinity of the project site during and after construction.
Thus, we carry out surveys and measurements of air quality, noise, vibration and so on to understand the extent and severity of these impacts in comparison with the standard threshold values as criteria, forecast the impacts, and evaluate the impacts on the living environment for the use to study the conservation measures.
We study the conversation measures to avoid or mitigate the impacts of construction projects on people’s living environment as well as compensation measures.
We study the optimum measures depending on the type and importance of the subject facilities, including the use of low-noise and low-vibration construction equipment, installation range and height of noise barriers, etc. for conservation measures and compensation to sunshine obstruction for compensation measures.

We conduct surveys and study the measures of soil contaminations for various projects pursuant to the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act as well as not pursuant to the said Act for projects such as tunnel construction.
Soil contamination will happen by anthropogenic substances associated with construction projects and other development projects, or by naturally-derived substances such as debris from tunnel excavation.
We perform various types of soil contamination surveys, such as water quality monitoring, soil survey, and hydrological survey, to quantitatively assess the contamination conditions and to develop pollution control measures.
Soil contamination will cause concerns about harmful effects on the human body through groundwater and on the habitats of flora and fauna.
For the purpose of complying with relevant laws and regulations or preventing actual harms, we study the measures to eliminate or mitigate pollutants. The measures will involve neutralization of water quality and treatment plans that do not elute harmful substances from contaminated soil, which will be determined according to the type and condition of pollutants.
