In agricultural land and rural areas, we provide consulting services ranging from planning to design, operationalization, and management of agricultural infrastructure that increases agricultural productivity along with environmental development conducive to promotion of settlement, irrigation drainage, and disaster prevention facilities.
We conduct surveys, planning, and designs, study the effects of road development, and develop the plans related to the business planning of comprehensive development projects in mountainous areas, farm road development projects, etc., and provide support for the preparation of application documents for project adoption and plan changes.
In addition, for the legalization of water rights in relation to the extraction of river water for agricultural purposes, we carry out surveys, water quantity calculations, preparation of application documents, and the acquisition of licensed water rights.
We perform general design services for agricultural production infrastructure facilities, including irrigation and drainage channel, pipeline, farm road, farmland development, cultivated land development, reservoir, and drainage pump stations.
Moreover, we conduct a full range of design of rural living environment such as village roads, drainage, disaster prevention, and interaction facilities for people in rural villages.
We perform surveys, analyzes, and studies on disaster prevention and mitigation, including seismic analysis of reservoir and drainage stimulation.
Also, in regards to stock management of agricultural irrigation facilities, a functional diagnosis survey, soundness evaluation, study of measures such as repair, strengtheing and reconstruction, and formulation of a plan are conducted to maintain the required functions.

We design forest facilities such as erosion control dams and forest roads as well as prepare forest development plans to prevent mountain disasters and enhance the public interests and multi-faceted functions of forests.
We plan and design mountain disaster prevention facilities aiming to prevent the occurrence of disasters and mitigate damage due to slope failures, mountain stream bank erosion, and debris flow, and contribute to the recharge of water sources.
Moreover, a plan and design of forest roads are carried out to improve the efficiency of forest management, to foster forestry and lumber industries, as well as to promote proper forest development, maintenance, and management.
