We conduct surveys on lands and properties for the purpose of land acquisition needed for project implementation. With the recognition that these surveys are related to the properties of proprietors and therefore important, we provide honest and fair compensation consulting services that are trusted by both entrepreneurs and proprietors.
We perform the survey of lands (cadastral map, land and building registers) and proprietors (family register, etc.) that will be affected by the public works projects to identify the land owners, and then confirm the boundaries of lands in the presence of related persons with the project site and persons concerned with the adjacent lands.
A survey is conducted on matters related to losses affected by the public works projects and that are subject to compensation, such as properties of buildings, machineries and equipment, business operations, etc., to provide appropriate compensation, and calculate the amount thereof.
In addition, we support entrepreneurs in explaining the compensations by relocation of lands, properties, etc., and in preparing documents and application forms for business approval based on the Expropriation of Land Act.

Major Services
Any damage and disadvantages caused by the execution of public works projects, which are determined to be beyond the scope of acceptance, it is to compensate for the necessary costs of repairs to restore the damaged properties to the original state and for such disadvantages.
We conduct surveys before and after the construction to confirm the presence of adverse effects on the surrounding areas due to public works projects. If any adverse effects are identified, we will estimate the compensation costs to restore such property to its original condition or recovery costs.
We work on the business loss survey not only in buildings but also in water depletion, sunlight inhibition (shading), and so on with our extensive experiences.
