To resolve various urban issues toward maintaining and developing the urban cities sustainably, we will provide consulting services ranging from proposing a new urban city to planning, designing, operating, and managing the urban cities.
We prepare various plans related to urban city development, such as Regional Revitalization Comprehensive Strategy, National Resilience Plan, Agricultural Plan, and Tourism Plan.
Also, we will conduct the fact findings of present community from statistical data, and voices of the government and communities, analyze the issues to be addressed, and study the directions and methods for resolutions, while taking into account the related plans.
We develop the plans related to management of public facilities, including “Comprehensive Management Plan for Public Facilities” that indicates the directions of managing the public facilities comprehensively and systematically, service life extending plans of public housing and parks, and study of utilization of site of former city government hall.
We plan and design the parks, as well as green and open spaces that are attractive and comfortable for the community to use while considering the safety, security, community characteristics, environment, barrier-free, and ease of maintenance.
In park design, we aim in creating an exciting place where children can play freely and spontaneously, and have diverse experiences.

Major Services
Our goal is to support the promotion of Public Private Partnership (PPP) / Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects for the revitalization of local governments and private companies and to implement various promotion measures such as regional and town revitalization.
We help prepare community development plans that address such local communities’ issues as the decline in population and birthrate, and aging population as well as plans to enhance the attractiveness of the communities.
Also, we propose regional revitalization measures that fully take into account the regional characteristics and make the best use of its unique features, and support autonomous, sustainable, and attractive community development.
We have developed and been operating Farming Experience Farm “Mitoca”, a regional revitalization center for local development in Yamagata City of Gifu Prefecture. A special purpose company was established in collaboration with two companies in different industries that share the same vision in order to contribute to regional development.
We have been expanding the regional cooperation activities including the public private partnership agreement with Yamagata City and establishment of a community development council, and provide total support for regional revitalization businesses based on our know-how cultivated from experience.
We perform “feasibility studies” to propose the optimal business schemes, including market research, Value for Money (VFM) simulations, and adoption of Private Finance Initiative (PFI), and provide “advisory services” to support comprehensively the selection of PFI operators, including the preparation of various material for publishment and screening process.
